File a Police Report Online

The Maui Police Department’s Citizens Online Police Reporting System allows you to submit a report immediately and print a copy for free.

For non-emergencies only. If this is an emergency, call 9-1-1.

You can file online if:

• It's not an emergency

• Incident occurred within Maui County (including Molokai & Lanai)

• There is no physical evidence to turn over

Reportable Incidents Online:

• Criminal Property Damage

• Duty Upon Striking Other Property

• Duty Upon Striking Unattended Vehicle

• Harassment

• Lost Property

• Theft

How to File:

1. Go to www.mauipolice.com or scan the QR code

2. Under “How do I?” tab, select File Police Report → Click Here to File a Police Report Online

3. Select the incident type from the list

If the incident type is not listed, or if there is a known suspect, call the non-emergency number at (808) 244-6400
