The Maui Police Department requests assistance locating Devin Fulcher, who is wanted for Reckless Endangerment and Terroristic Threatening and was last seen in the Jaws/Pe'ahi area. Fulcher is possibly armed and considered dangerous. Do not approach him; call 911 immediately if seen.
