MPD Mobile Medical Unit Serves Community at Hoʻaloha Park 💙

On Monday, March 30, 2026, the MMEU (Mobile Medical Education Unit) was stationed along Ho’aloha Park offering Maui’s houseless community mental health services, food stamps, non-critical wound care, clothing, and much more.
Mahalo to Community Partners:
Goodwill Maui: provided two individuals with information on free services available.
Imua Servcices: distributed hygiene kits, offered health insurance information and SNAP benefits.
Dr. Ricalde-Garcia: offered blood pressure testing for individuals, offered medical care kits and provided one person with medical non-critical wound care.
The MMEU will be stationed along Hoʻaloha Park, in Kahului, during April between 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
