MMEU Provides Support Services to Houseless Community – July 14, 2025

On Monday, July 14, 2025, the MMEU (Mobile Medical Education Unit) was stationed at Kalama Park in Kihei to provide mental health services, food stamps, non-critical wound care, clothing, and other essential resources to Maui's houseless community.
Mahalo to Community Partners:
Maui Aids Foundation: distributed food, hygiene kits and other personal care items to 20 individuals and provided two free STD testing.
Maui Humane Society: provided animals with various services, including food distribution, dog toys, collars, leashes, and harnesses.
The MMEU will be stationed at Kalama Park, Kihei, between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. in July.
