Mr. Hoe was located and found to be in good health. The Maui Police Department thanks the public for their assistance.

ORIGINAL:

The Maui Police Department requests the public’s assistance with any information on the whereabouts of Makana Hoe (34) of Kahului.

Mr. Hoe was reported missing by a concerned family member on May 4, 2025, after he left his residence and failed to return home.

Mr. Hoe was last seen leaving his residence on May 4, 2025, at 8:40 p.m. in his white-colored Toyota multi-purpose vehicle with Hawaii license plate MHY-589.

Mr. Hoe is described as being Hawaiian, 5-foot-6-inches tall, weighs about 170 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen without a shirt and wearing unknown colored shorts.
